2. No Vetting or Endorsement
We do not vet, verify, endorse, or guarantee any advertisers, properties, listings, or services. We do not inspect properties, verify ownership, check credentials, or confirm the accuracy of any claims made in advertisements. Use of the Website and reliance on any listing is entirely at your own risk.
3. User Responsibilities
By using the Website, you agree that:
